Using this site

This site gives information about the Honda Plus extended warranty and takes quote requests. A quote request is not a contract. Nothing is charged on this site. If you decide to buy, the sale closes by phone with one of our advisors, and the contract you receive sets out the terms.

When you use this site, you agree to:

• give accurate information in the quote form, about a vehicle you own or may ask about;
• not use automated tools to send requests or to copy the site; and
• not try to disrupt the site or reach parts of it that are not meant for you.

The text, drawings and photos on this site belong to Magog Honda or its licensors. You may read and print them for your own use.

We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will always run without interruption or errors.

A few links go to outside sites, such as consumer-protection bodies. We do not control those sites. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

This site is operated by Magog Honda, an authorized Honda dealer and part of Groupe Olivier. It is not operated by Honda Canada. Honda Plus is a Honda extended warranty program offered through authorized Honda dealers. Honda and Honda Plus are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to name the products; their use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions and limits are set out in the Honda Plus Service Provision given at purchase, which prevails over this site. A quote request is not a contract. Prices and availability may change. Honda’s prices shown on this site are Honda’s published suggested retail prices, not our price. To be validated by counsel.

In plain words: we are an authorized Honda dealer, and we sell a Honda program. We are not Honda Canada. Honda does not sponsor or endorse this site, and we do not use Honda’s logo. We use the names Honda and Honda Plus only to say what we sell.

The Honda Plus Service Provision (the contract) sets out all terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions, and prevails over this page.

Prices and availability may change. The Honda prices shown on this site are Honda’s published suggested retail prices, not ours. Your advisor confirms the all-in price, taxes included, in your written quote.

The information on this site is general. It is not legal, financial or insurance advice, and it does not replace your contract. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on this site instead of the contract.
